Interior Tenant Improvement Superintendent
The Interior Tenant Improvement Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises field personnel as required to successfully complete the project according to schedule. This position requires understanding of project plans and specifications. You must be able to read, understand, and implement specifications outlined in blueprints and other construction documents. As superintendent, you will report to the project manager.

- Adhere to construction schedules
- Maintain daily logs
- Display permits and required/appropriate signage on job sites
- Verify all work is done in accordance with plans
- Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of job sites and work areas
- Communicate with clients and management, when necessary
- Communicate any deviations from schedule and/or budget with project manager
- Oversee completion of final punch lists
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years verifiable construction supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus

A Project Manager/Estimator completes detailed estimates on potential construction jobs, as well as manages multiple jobs simultaneously. The person in this position takes ownership of assigned jobs and oversees all aspects. This includes tracking costs, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and being the main point of contact for the client(s). Project Managers are expected to represent the company by being respectful and professional at all times.
The person who is successful in this position is someone who works well independently, has attention to detail, and is motivated to be successful and do the best job.
Essential Functions:
Working Conditions
The person holding this position will mostly be working indoors either in the company office or in commercial occupied or unoccupied office environments. Sitting or standing for extended periods as well as some lifting of 50+ lbs. may be required. Conditions vary based on assigned jobs.

Position Summary:
A Project Manager/Estimator completes detailed estimates on potential construction jobs, as well as manages multiple jobs simultaneously. This includes tracking costs, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and being the main point of contact for the client(s). Project Managers are expected to represent the company by being respectful and professional at all times.

Essential Functions:
- Reads and interprets architectural drawings in different formats
- Estimates costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Develops and tracks project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Ensures adherence to OSHA safety guidelines
- Manages multiple subcontractors –issue /manage contracts & change orders
- Lead people and get results
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients, management , and employees
- Works with Excel, Sharepoint, Microsoft Project, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Travels to job sites (walking, driving, etc.)
- Occasionally works extended hours based on the needs of assigned job(s)
